Rich Toon is a trial lawyer. Mr. Toon attended undergraduate studies at The University of Iowa until transferring and graduating with a B.A. from S.M.U., in Dallas, Texas. In 1991, he began law school at The University of Tulsa College of Law. During law school, he worked as a Legal Intern for the Federal Election Commission in Washington, D.C., and as a Legal Intern for State Insurance Fund in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In 1994, he graduated from The University of Tulsa College of Law. Since that time, he has practiced law. His primary areas of practice involve wrongful death cases, insurance company bad faith claims, and complex litigation.

On the rare occasion he is not working, Mr. Toon enjoys the outdoors and training Billie Lou, his favorite fox red Labrador retriever.

Susan Jones has provided legal representation for injured people for more than 25 years. She developed her interest in the law working as a legal assistant during college and continuing throughout law school. During her law school years, she worked as a law clerk for The United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma before entering private practice. She is licensed to practice in The United States Supreme Court, The Muscogee Court (Creek Nation), The United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, The Northern and Eastern United States District Courts in Oklahoma, and all Oklahoma state courts. She is a member in good standing of the Oklahoma, Tulsa County, and Muscogee bar associations. Susan is the vice-president of the Tulsa County Bar’s Workers’ Compensation Section and is a member of the Oklahoma Association for Justice, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and Lawyers for Working Oklahomans. She serves on the Board of Directors for Undercroft Montessori School and as secretary for the Tulsa Rowing Club Juniors.

Essentially a lifelong Oklahoma resident, Susan graduated from the University of Tulsa with honors, earning a B.A. in English. She attended law school at the University of Tulsa College of Law. She was on the staff of the Tulsa Law Journal, publishing her paper “Insurer Misconduct and the Workers’ Compensation Act: Will There Be a Remedy?” She graduated in the top ten percent of her class and was nominated and confirmed as a member of the Order of the Curule Chair. She continues to write briefs for appellate courts with many published opinions.

When she gets a chance, Susan enjoys being outside — sailing, kayaking, hiking and climbing – with her friends and family.

Andrew Wakeman is an Oklahoma lawyer. For more than 12 years, he has represented people and small businesses in cases involving insurance contracts, insurance bad faith, wrongful death and personal injury. During law school, he was a legal intern for International Speedway Corporation in Dayton Beach, Florida and was an Editor on the Tulsa Law Review. He graduated from the University of Tulsa law school in the top 4% of his class and received The Order of the Curule Chair, an honor given to those students who have combined outstanding scholarship with distinguished service to the university. Andrew also had a judicial externship with Magistrate Judge Anthony Battaglia in San Diego, California.

As a trial attorney, Andrew has presented numerous cases to juries, routinely receiving excellent results for his clients.

Andrew grew up in a military family, causing him to spend time in numerous countries and cities. He obtained Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from the University of South Alabama in 1998 and 2002. He and his wife spend most of their free time shuffling their two boys between soccer practice and games, Boy Scouts and other outside activities.

Tony M. Graham was born in Mexico, Missouri, on May 17, 1949, and received his undergraduate education at the University of Missouri at Rolla, earning a B.S. in engineering management in 1971. Mr. Graham received his juris doctorate from the University of Tulsa in 1976 and was admitted to the Oklahoma bar in 1977. After law school, Mr. Graham began working as an attorney in an associate capacity with the firm of Boyd and Parks, a general practice partnership comprised of six attorneys. The practice involved criminal defense and civil litigation representing plaintiffs and defendants, in both federal and state courts.

In December 1978 Mr. Graham was appointed Special District Judge by the District Judges, 14th Judicial District, Oklahoma, and was assigned to the Criminal and Civil Divisions until October 1982. In October 1982, Mr. Graham was appointed by Governor George Nigh and later elected without opposition as District Judge, 14th Judicial District, Oklahoma with full trial court jurisdiction and assigned to the Civil Division and served there until June 1987. Then in 1987, he was presidentially appointed United States Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma. He was responsible for representation of the United States of America in all civil and criminal matters in this district with nineteen Assistant United States Attorneys, plus support staff until an administration change in April 1993.

After leaving the bench, Mr. Graham became a partner in the firm of Feldman, Franden, Woodard & Farris. He stayed with this firm for nine years and was Managing Partner when he left. His primary emphasis was insurance and corporate litigation, lender liability, defense of financial institutions, directors and officers, construction litigation, commercial litigation, product liability, and white-collar criminal defense. In 2022, Tony took retirement status. Congratulations, Tony!
